It was great opportunity to get service by sales person Billy. He gave as a clear explanation and best price to achieve our goal.

Could not buy the discontinued item I wanted locally and was told I would have to get it on line. Found the item (with a most reasonable price) at Appliances of America and ordered it on line. Called customer services to find out about delivery time. Talked to Billy. Now, I do not know if he is the owner, son or relative, or the hired help, but he answered all my questions, made the call worthwhile and made me smile.

OK, so admittedly I was a little reluctant to purchase an appliance over the phone and 2,000 miles away. However, Billy was quick to answer questions I had about the model and shipping methods. He talked me through the pricing and honored the Mother's Day deal right at closing time on a Friday evening. His customer service skills were great, emphasizing a desire to win me as a customer and my future business. Well, at this point, I'm sold. Great service. Looking forward to my new refrigerator! We had been diligent in our search to find the proper refrigerator to fit our kitchen space and our preferences to the features of the unit and ease of use. He walked us through the steps of securing a good product for our needs and explained all the details of the purchase and delivery. We live in a non-serviceable area of remote West Virginia, and Billy offered us delivery options and incentives to accommodate our transfer and pick-up. We are very pleased with the customer assistance from Billy at A-of-A. We also wish to recognize Shaun, and his equally exemplary manner of taking a call for Billy from us. I had been trying, with not much success, to purchase a wine cooler. Ordered one through a major on line Distributor only to find out, after 10 days of waiting, that the model was discontinued. Cancelled the order and started my search again, which brought me to Appliances of America. I can honestly say that the Service I received from Billy, over the phone, was a large factor in making a purchase. He was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and we managed to have a laugh or two in the course of our conversation. It was a very refreshing change of pace to speak with someone who actively paid attention, who took the extra steps to make me feel comfortable in providing information to make a decision, and to expedite the process. I would definitely do business with Appliances of America again, and recommend them to friends.

We have been in dying need of a new refrigerator. For the past couple days, picking the perfect refrigerator and from which company has been a tough decision, until I came across Appliances of America. I had called the customer service hotline for a quick question regarding the delivery process. In the process of doing this, I spoke to Billy, and he is the best thing to ever happen to me. Not only did he make everything crystal clear, but I also had a very fun time talking to him. Not everyday do you come across someone like Billy that is so helpful and passionate about what they do. As I was coming to a conclusion of whether I'd like to purchase from Appliances of America or not, Billy was not overwhelming nor annoying like other sales men that I've come across in my lifetime. And this is exactly what I enjoyed while working with him. Selling a refrigerator was not his main goal while having a conversation with me, nor was he annoyed or aggravated by my list of questions and concerns. As anyone else, I also was unsure of buying from this unknown website, but as I got to know the company better through many reviews, and customer satisfactions rates, I knew this was the company for me. They may be under the radar compared to other appliance companies, but I can honestly say, they are pushing to become well known and are striving to be #1 in the USA. As an honest customer, I know this company will make it far because of how different their goals are compared to other franchised companies who don't care about us (the customers) and only want our money. Overall, my experience with Appliances of America through Billy was astounding, and I will definitely come back and rely on this company along with Billy to help build my future kitchen.
