I ordered a GE double oven and I can say that not only the price was the best available but the service I got was the best I had in a long time. the way they do business is awesome the good old fashioned way

Appliances of America has been in contact since I made my order. I had a great call with Billy and feel that this company is a tremendous way to get great deals on all appliances. It will take a month to get the range I ordered and I hope that it will arrive in perfect condition.

As a new home owner I have been researching and seeking out the best deals and the best appliances for my new home. Today I came across Appliances for America and was blown away by the incredible deals so I thought to myself there had to be a catch. However, after even more research of the company I saw that they received the best reviews, even better than Sears, Lowes and Home Depot. I decided to give them a shot. I have to say this was the best purchase I have ever made. Not only did I get an even better deal at checkout then I was expecting, but when I called in to confirm my shipping, I was only on hold for less than a minute and the customer service representative that I spoke to, Billy Jackson, was so incredible nice, helpful and spoke clearly. He looked into my order and was even able to upgrade me for free “white glove” shipping service. He was respectful of my time while also being very personable and asking about my day and where I worked. It was like I was talking to someone I already knew. Any questions I had he answered quickly and effectively. I was very impressed and so refreshed to know that there are still some great companies out there with amazing customer service. It’s been a long time since I have been treated with such care. I have already recommended this company to several of my friends and family and will continue to do so over the years. I plan on buying all of my appliances from here on out at Appliances for America.

I was very comfortable in ordering through Appliances of America as my Dad ordered from them and highly recommended them. He had a good experience with them, as have I so far. It will take upwards of 3 weeks to get my new refrigerator, but the price is amazing and we are not in a hurry. Billy was great at explaining to me the process of events and what to expect. He hooked me up with a discount on the warranty. I'll update my post when my fridge arrives. The company seems to cling to old school business practices and great people skills Chris fridge delivered today in perfect shape. The wife is very pleased!

These guys do not respond quickly to emails or phone calls (2 day response time), do not provide ship dates. 3 weeks later, still waiting, with no updates. Order status displays "no information available". Cancelled the credit card I gave them, cancelled order. I did get a call from the store manager. He was very apologetic, and wanted to make things right. For me, however, that ship has sailed. I deeply appreciate his sincere effort in calling, I know calls like ours are not easy, or fun. As mine seems to be the only even half negative review here, maybe you'll have better luck.

My husband and I recently bought an AC unit from appliances of America. The service was amazing and my rep, Sean, was able to help me find the best unit at the best price. I would and have already recommended appliances of America to my friends and family. I will definitely be coming back for more appliances.

To Whom It May Concern, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about my experience with your sales associate, Billy. I called to order a product that apparently was discontinued, hence the difficulty with it ordering online. Billy was so very patient and friendly with me. Moreover, he was extremely helpful as we emailed links back and forth so he could see what I was talking about as the discontinued item was not in his database. He then found me a comparable product which actually is better than the one that I wanted and even better than that, he saved our business money. Not many people would stay on the phone as long as he did to get this order accomplished. Thanks again Billy, you are a total rockstar! :)
