Terrible return process, they made it extremely tedious and difficult, make you open an unopened package to take pictures of the product…. Charged me a 24% restocking fee without reason when website says 12%. Plus you have to pay shipping to/from when returning a product. Better off with an Amazon product than dealing with this company.

Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration caused during your return process. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify how your return was processed based on our policy and order breakdown: Restocking Fee Breakdown: Our standard return policy applies a 12% restocking fee to the item price, along with non-refundable original shipping costs. On your order, the part total was $176.99 (with $11.99 original shipping and $10.62 tax, totaling $199.60). The 12% restocking fee equaled $21.24, and the original shipping of $11.99 was non-refundable. When deducting these standard costs from the original total, the final refund amount represented roughly 76% of your original payment (leaving 24% in total deductions across restocking, shipping, and adjusted tax), which accounts for the percentage difference you noted. Photo Guidelines and Tracking: Photos of the part and model tag are requested prior to return authorization to confirm condition and model compatibility. Once delivered on September 18, 2026, locating your returned package at our warehouse required the return tracking number (1ZW6A6940308325830) to verify and process your credit. We understand your disappointment with these policies and the steps involved. Your feedback regarding the photo requirement and fee clarity has been shared directly with our management team to help improve our overall customer experience.

Very difficult customer service. They sent a part that is defective. I am trying to get a replacement but have to file a claim first.
Response from Appliance Parts 4 All Com IncOct 6, 2026
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the stress and frustration this situation has caused. We understand how inconvenient it is to deal with a broken part, especially when managing technician visits and unexpected leaks. To clarify our procedure for defective items, filing a claim form and capturing photo documentation of the damaged component and appliance model tag are standard requirements set by the manufacturer to process warranty replacements or exchanges. We acknowledge that requesting additional photos after your technician had already reassembled the unit created an added burden. Our customer support team has submitted the claim on your behalf based on the details provided. Once the claim receives approval from the warehouse team, an update regarding your replacement order will be sent to you immediately. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

I really liked that the Model Matching System had pre-populated the field. When I typed it eliminated options that didn't fit. I had gone to another site first, and they couldn't find my model.
