I ordered on June 24 today is July 2 and my order hasn’t shipped. Why so long?

Part fit great and was great quality. Delivery was multiple weeks later than date given upon purchasing.

Need to send part back getting to talk to live person is impossible. Paid $149.78 for burner valve it's the wrong one I ordered. Need to send it back on limited income. I was gonna order right part from them but do not like the way they do business. My Grand son found the right part for $30 and fixed my second hand stove for me. I still have their part in the original packaging and the original fed ex envelope. I have a feeling I am gonna send it back today but will probably be out the sending it back money also. Don't buy from these scammers. There are legit businesses out there with ethical business practices.
