Part was exactly what I ordered. Packed well. Shipped quickly. But, my tenant gave me wrong number and the part was wrong. They were gracious in accepting return on an expensive part. And customer service was very helpful.

It wasn't apparent on the site that it would come with 4 rollers and wheels. I wouldn't have ordered additional wheels. Overall though for the price it was totally worth jt.
