The price was great, the part is excellent, but the shipment was a little slow. We had a holiday and a lot of bad weather that may have hindered the delivery but other than that the entire experience was terrific, would buy from here again!

Convenient purchase process. Good price. Happy with our first purchase from applianceparts365. Would recommend and/or purchase again.

I received my part for my dishwasher that matched my model number but, it did not fit my dishwasher. Thank you

Slow to finally ship, but prolly due to holidays and Omicron. Also, the photo was a bit unclear; was expecting clear plastic instead of frosted. Otherwise, it fits and functions perfectly in my Frigidaire FLSC238DS6.

The knobs don’t fit how do I return them and get the correct ones? They look the same but the hole inside is too small.

I was able to find this website pretty easily and found the parts I thought I needed however, although the model #'s matched, (broken knobs on the Kitchenaid Gas Stovetop) when I tried to replace them, the new knobs were a bit too large. So, I am looking to exchange for the proper size.

I received my part which was exactly the correct one, however, it took almost 2 weeks for my delivery to be received which seems a little long in my opinion. Anyway, I am very satisfied with your service. Thanks!

It was fairly easy to order and it came in very quickly but I inputted my dishwasher unit number to see if the control panel will work with that dishwasher and it said that it was compatible, however I received the part and it is clearly not compatible with my dishwasher without me trying to install it. I will be returning the part.
