It is not the model/type that will fit my oven. Not sure how to return and exchange for the right size coil. I wouldn’t mind actually sending the coils from my oven if it meant getting the right replacement size, but then I would not have it to search locally or if it gets lost in the mail I would be double trouble. Anyway, it arrived in good shape and was what I asked for (even though I am the problem in the type needed category). So: happy with the experience.

I was shipped promptly, but the item was not shipped in a box or with protection. The items purchased was delivered scratched and bent, it arrived in the factory plastic packaging. This company does not care about the customer receiving their item in good condition. It can cause you delays if you have to return the item.

I ordered the part Wednesday and paid extra for FedEx-2 Day. I received the part the following Tuesday.

First off, I would like to have given them a higher review because I'm very happy that I got the right part for my GE refrigerator door that the official GE site wasn't able to do and wasn't able to rectify in a satisfactory manner either. GE Applicances gets a 0/10 rating for how badly they've handled this entire thing. Now on to Appliance365. I placed the order and nothing happened for a week. I tried calling like others have and ultimately got directed to voicemail. I emailed them on a Friday and the following Monday as I was about to contact PayPal to cancel the order I got a reply telling me they were back ordered and expected the part in a few days. They also gave me the option of cancelling the order. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and replied back to go ahead and send it when it came in. I got an email when they sent it and they had the same part number identified that GE did which didn't fit. I tried to cancel the order and the part came anyway. I was initially very unhappy when it arrived because I figured I got the same wrong part GE Appliances sent. Nope Appliance Parts 365 sent the right part. I would give them a higher rating, but they really need to work on their Customer Support.

Ordered washer drain pump, 1/7/21, they sent confirmation email (will ship in 2-5 business days) and debited credit card 1/8. Part never arrived and On 1/18 i tried contacting company via email and phone calls. NO response, and I wrote scathing review here. On 1/19 I live chatted with salesperson to cancel order, which he wouldn’t do, said it was being shipped (got confirmation of shipping while speaking with him). Since on 1/19 I had ordered from another vendor for $20 more than their price, I said I’d return the part when it arrived. Which I did, they emailed me a RMA, with shipping paid, and I had my money credited back to my account 3 days later. My opinion has gone from horrible vendor to acceptable.

Terrible. Parts not in stock and never will be, and don’t ship the ones that are. They just take your payment and hope you aren’t paying attention. If you really want to fix your appliance, look elsewhere
