I received the parts I ordered and they worked perfectly. And, I was able to find exactly what I needed on the web site using the search tool. However, the post purchase program lacks some. I never received any notification (via email or text) that my order was placed, any eta on delivery, or any follow-up on my web chat other than an email that said if you received your order, click here, if not, wait 48 hours and call us again". Not the best customer experience. But, I did get exactly what I needed in the end.

Shipping took longer than expected especially for a part that weighed 1 ounce. I suggest you charge less for shipping. I will look around more before buying again.

I got the part that I ordered but realized it is the wrong part. I would like to return it and purchase the correct part.

Got the part I ordered, very timely, good interaction with customer service. Only reason for the 4 star, the packaging of the item was not robust and it came semi-opened, and could have easily been damaged. It was not, luckily.

Fast shipping, good communication through delivery; my only issue is there wasn't enough information to find the right part and the one I chose does not fit.
