Ordered a product that it is supposed to be in stock over two weeks ago. It still has not been placed in the mail much less received. Sent an email received zero response. Tried to call and absolutely no one answers the phone. First and last time they will ever get my business. Would have given them a zero if that were an option because they have zero customer service coupled with exhorbitant shipping fees. Worst ever.

Wrong parts and when you go to return it the return shipping is half the cost of the part. Stay away unless you are certain you have the correct part. RA 445969 Peter K

I ordered a part for my dishwasher, paid for it. @days later I was informed the part is on backorder. Sent them an immediate email telling them to cancel the order! @ days later I get another email telling me the item has shipped. I try contacting them again with NO success. Have tried to contact them many times with no resolution. The part finally arrives 4 weeks after ordering. I contact them again to request a return and refund. They sent me the label to return but THEY will determine how much refund I receive after they take out the shipping which should NOT have happened and of course the restocking fee! NOPE not sending it back for them to make money on me yet again. Will try to sell it myself! NEVER AGAIN....buyer beware!

I should have read the reviews first. I ordered a new icemaker from this place and I received a broken used one 2 weeks later. Physically broken with pieces in the box. I've received no response from the email I sent with pictures and description and no answer to phone calls. I have been relieved of $127.00.

Horrible service! I ordered a replacement bin for the door of my refrigerator on 10/7. It is now 10/24 and the order status still says, "Processing". I sent and email last week - no response. This morning I called and waited on hold until the automated lady said, "All representatives are still busy. At the sound of the tone, please leave your message and then you may hang up or press # for more options. I pressed # and then, 4 for "Urgent" and she said, Your message has been marked as "urgent". I don't expect a retrun call. I will NEVER order from these people again!

Great unless you want to return the wrong item that they sent me. I was charged 3 times for shipping too. Once to send it, once to return it and once to resend the right item. Not even an apology. I waited a month and a half to get things straight. I asked them to send the item the second time over night.... they didn't. I asked them to refund my shipping... they didn't. Awful service and people who do not read are the only folks working there.

Have now sent 2 Return Authorization requests and emailed, per their website’s instructions and heard NOTHING. It’s now been a month, so I assume this is a tactic so they can say the window for returns has closed.

I ordered a thermometer for a range from this organization because the delivery time quoted was a month earlier than other options. I did not get the part for a month anyway, so that was highly inconvenient. Getting the part installed and finding that it was not the issue was another set back and after the 30 day return policy. They would not take the part back ($150.00) and I ended up purchasing a replacement appliance.
