I ordered a replacement oven element using overnight shipping. They sent out my part the next evening, using Home Delivery instead. I contacted them through PayPal to dispute the charge and to try to recoup my shipping fee. They told me it was FedEx's fault that my order wasn't shipped properly, and that I should contact them to get my money back. I thought the shipper chose the shipping method?? These guys are complete scam artists!!!

Thieves, said they had part in stock, took my money, then said oops, it will be 2 weeks. Now is has been 5 weeks. No refund possible, no part delivered, no response from customer service. I chatted with them and they said part was shipping. I asked for proof, they said oh well maybe it has not been picked yet so no proof available. They are liars and crooks and I ask why paypal does business with them. I should have checked reviews prior to ordering

Ordered a part on 11/16 and promptly paid via PayPal. My bad, did not receive an email confirmation of the order and after 2 weeks had not received the part or any kind of shipping notification. Initiated a CHAT via there website, no response. Left a message for a call back, no response. Sent an email through Contact Us on their website, no response. Luckily, PayPal was able to cancel the transaction and issue a refund. Stay away from these guys.

Part ordered and after a couple months still did not receive, emailed and they gave me runaround over and over. Asked for a refund and no response. Got a refund from my credit card company. This is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER from them.

The part I ordered failed in 2 DAYS and my refund was denied. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Avoid this company. I cannot recommend them at all.

Ordered parts, paid thru Paypal. They got paid And I never received an order confirmation. Emailed their customer services three time and called and left a message. Haven't gotten my items or a reply.

Ordered a small 4"x8" control panel for my dryer. Paid in full plus an additional $20 for next day delivery (20 miles away). Not only did I NOT get it the next day, I was sent a ransom email while I was waiting for the part to show up, stating that I needed to pay an additional $60 for shipping (USPS O/N shipping rate per usps.com showed $27 while FedEx.com showed $10 for the overnight delivery within the same city). So the company had hundreds of my dollars, and refused to ship my part until I paid the additional ransom. Of course, they offered a refund option, where I could get my money back in 3 TO 5 DAYS! Yeah, except I needed that money to buy the part I still needed.. so I was supposed to wait for 3-5 days to be able to order the part that they sold me that should have been delivered that day. Come on. Maybe someone would pay the $60. I'm not the one. Filed formal complaint through BBB.

What a ripoff. I paid and they don’t have my part in stock even when it said it was when i hit the buy it now. 3 weeks later and I’m biting the bit to get my money back. This should be criminal. They don’t answer the phones or return messages.
