Ordered a part for an emergency repair that was advertised to ship in 1-2 business days. I paid $10 extra for expedited shipping. I received it 3 weeks later and I'm supposed to pay return shipping and a restock fee, lol. They refused to cancel the order while it was still pending.

Everyone have to be careful to order from this website! I had really bad experience with customer service manager! I returned expensive item back to them, they return the cheaper item money back to me, they blame at me said I was wrong, they insult me and said I keep the item and ask them to get money back. I never see Such bad customer service!!

I ordered part that website claimed in stock. Immediately emailed that it was back ordered. I opted to wait but still have not received it. Appears to be same business out of same location but multiple company names: - Appliance365.com - getrepairparts.com (which is what my credit card was billed...not the appliance365.com). The fact that they are not responding at all makes this very suspicious.

I ordered the wrong part. Now I can't get them to answer phone or reply to e-mail or messages.They are a get your money and run business

I made an order in June of 2020 and was immediately told items were on backorder when their website said the items were "in stock". After several months, I received half of my order and the other half was cancelled without my knowledge. I was told I would get a refund but here it is January of 2021 and nothing!! They don't return phone messages and feel lucky if they decide to respond to an email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

My order was placed on 11/30/2020, and after many attempts for communication, the CSR finally answer my email to tell me that they were back-ordered and ETA was 12/30/2020. That day came over with no notification. I was able to find their Phone number on Google, and the CSR shipped my parts. I will not buy from them again.

I didn’t even want to give them a star but had to this is the worst place to order they only gave me 10 percent of my refund and would not return my shipping but told me if I order again they would take 10 percent of my shipping like really I will never order from here again. Wish I look at the review before I order I should of got my full refund they ripping people off.

Stay away. Ordered a dryer motor 40 days ago. I've called and left 3 messages also emailed. No reply. My bank is removing the charge.
