HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think it is just a front to collect money and do nothing. Ordered a part over 2 weeks ago. Wrote them an e-mail an said where is my part? No response. Got on line with the "chat service" They said let me check on it and then disconnected after a time out period, no follow up e-mail or phone call. This is just money lost. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH APPLIANCE PARTS 365.

I ordered a nut that from Appliance Parts 365 claimed to be in stock. I needed the part quickly so I paid to have it shipped FedEx 2-Day Express. The part should have arrived on Friday January 29th. Today is February 8th I I just received email that it has shipped. My requests that they call me with status went unanswered even after contacting them several times. Not happy with their business practice.

If I can write the zero stars I would. Do not do not do not purchase anything from this company. I had the same experience as you see 85% of the other people on here had. I ordered the part for my oven and I’ve been waiting on it for two weeks and finally somebody connected to the chat yesterday. I sat there for an hour and then next thing you know it was disconnected. I tried to reconnect and I found out they were closed. So I wasted an hour of my time just to talk to somebody who didn’t care enough about their customers to at least say we are closing can we contact you later. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend everybody else to also because $100 might not seem like a lot to them but it is a lot to my family. If we had a lot of money we would be replacing our oven. We’ve been waiting for two weeks without an oven in with our money stolen. Considering that my money has been stolen and they will not even connect with me to tell me what’s going on, I think important that I warn others.

Same experience others had . Placed an order Jan 8. Website showed everything in stock. Was charged for order same day. Waited two weeks did live chat and lo and behold item was back ordered. Today Jan 29 live chat again item still back ordered. Canceled order and requested refund. They said 3-5 days for refund. We shall see!!! We

Scam company... Claim they have what you need in stock - take your money - and then you never hear from them again... AVOID at all costs....

Ordered a part for my washer and checked after several days if it had shipped an it had not...checked back again after a few days and still no, this went on and on and we sent them a message and asked why it had not shipped and they had grabbed money the day we ordered it!!! No response! The next day they sent an email and said it had been shipped with DHL and here is your 20 digit tracking number...we checked with DHL on their tracking website and it said not a valid tracking number we entered it again and same thing came up! We called DHL and they informed us their tracking numbers are 10 digits!!! We tried to call appliance parts 365 and had to leave message after message and still no call back! We finally got the package (shipped with FedEx) the part is broken! We called fedex and they said the company had to file for the broken part that we couldn't! The company still won't return calls or emails so we spent today filing a dispute with our credit card company! I saw on the BBB website that they had pulled this company's accreditation because people everywhere are getting scammed!

This company is a scam. They showed my part in stock, took my $112.06 and then sent an email stating the part was back-ordered. They do not reply to messages, they do not return calls or answer the phone, they show a chat option but then as you're completing they go offline. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Ordered my oven rack on January 4th checked back the 12th still not shipped. Chatted online with someone who claimed the part was on back order and would be in the 18th then it would ship. Here we are the 27th still no part. Still showing not shipped. I contacted the Attorney Generals office to look into this bogus company and to get a refund of my money. If any of you want to jump on that please contact the ohio attorney General office asap. I hope this place gets taken down and prosecution takes place.
