good price but service could have been a bit better

Prompt ordering/delivery process. Received correct part, everything was great. UPDATE: Well, that is until I asked about a factory warranty because the part had an error just after one week and I never received a response back.

While the piece looks like it belongs, it does fit a snug as the original.

This product doesn’t fit my fridge even though I entered the model number and the picture looked correct. This is different than the picture as well.

I put in a door gasket for my model freezer, it gave me a part, iordered the part but it is wrong part. Search should just show me parts for my model, not others.

Still waiting to hear about my return.

I received the part that I ordered, however the part did not match the part in the photo. The photo matched what I need (a spring for my Fisher Paykel refrigerator door flapper. The spring is wound in the wrong direction and not long enough. At $5 it was not worth the headache of returning, the return form talks about appliance serial numbers and acts as if i bought an appliance, which was a red flag for further headache. However, I ordered a part for my oven in the past from this same company and all worked out very well, so my star count is an average of these two experiences.
