Even after following the suggestion on the website that I should call or contact your company before I order to make sure my item will fit. I received the refrigerator shelf today and it does not fit. It is too small for my refrigerator. I'm just looking for a refund.

Ordered part last week still waiting for it to ship. This type of service is not what I want from sites I deal with. I will be canceling order and reordering from another site I found online that guaranty’s two-day shipping. We run an online business and all items ship within 48 hours, most same day. Our venders all ship within 48 hours.

Ordered 3 parts, Got charged for all 3. 1 of the 3 parts has arrived. No info on the other 2 parts. It is impossible to get these guys on the phone. After you hold to talk to someone, you get sent to leave a voicemail. They are not awesome at returning calls. I spent hours trying to talk to a company that already has my money. About to do a stop payment at my bank.

When I placed my order, the delivery time stated was 2-9 business days. The parts ordered were to repair an older dishwasher that had already been replaced. I was really in no rush to receive the parts, so 2-9 business days was not a problem and the parts were priced well. Within a day of placing the order, the company emailed a tracking number. That number didn't have any movement when tracked. After a couple weeks, I tried emailing and calling the company. No reply to email. I sat on hold waiting to speak with someone by phone until I got tired and hung up. About three weeks after the order was placed, I disputed the transaction through PayPal. As it turns out, the order was shipped timely and the post office misplaced it for three weeks. At the same time I disputed the transaction with PayPal, the post office found the order and started it on its way to me. The dispute could have been avoided if the company had any sort of customer service or communication with me. In my mind, I questioned whether the parts were being drop shipped from China or if they were even shipped at all. These are questions that could have been answered had the company answered their customer service phone number or replied to my email. In the end, I did get the parts I ordered. Customer service in this company is nonexistent. My advice is pay a couple extra dollars for parts and order elsewhere.
