Total scam and ripoff company. They will not respond to any form of communication, email, text or voice mail. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered a $40 part, I requested cancelation 5 days in a row with no response. I filed a complaint with BBB, where they have a "F" rating. Now it's off to my credit card company to file a dispute. I feel like an idiot for not checking them out prior to ordering. I ordered from Amazon, and got the part the next day!! Me Stupid!!

I ordered a push-start button for a dryer. They sat on the order for over a week before they sent it. For $4.90 they should have sent it express mail THE SAME DAY, the part probably weighs less than an ounce. Horrible company to do business with. I wish I had looked up their reviews before ordering from them.

Ordered a switch for my stove and paid extra for expedited shipping. The switch they told me was the right switch was the wrong switch. I sent it back at my cost and they charged me a restocking fee even thought the error was on their end. Stupid me, I ordered a replacement switch from them. They never sent it. Now working through the Better Business Bureau to get a refund. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to e-mails and their "live chat" function on their website is anything but "live". The BBB has downgraded them to an "F".

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! FROM applianceparts365.com. I paid 2 months ago for a part around $500. I received the below message from them: Hello, Order 892182 The item you have ordered is currently on back order due to Covid-19. The delay could be another 2-3 weeks. We're hoping it doesn't take that long but want to let you know of the untimely delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We are working to get your item(s) sent out as quickly as possible. If you do not want to wait for the backorder, please respond to this email with Cancel & Refund. If you will wait, respond with, "Will Wait." Thank you for choosing us for your appliance needs and again, we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience. Sincerely, Appliance Parts 365 Well after this I never had any reply from them or my ordered part!

I wish I would've looked at this site, and others first. You input the appliance model # your looking for parts for, it shows you the parts. The parts aren't necessarily for that model # you searched for. I ordered 2 charcoal filters for my GE over the range microwave for $23, including shipping and they weren't even close. 7-9 days shipping is after a good 6-7 waiting for the item to ship also. Then they make you pay the shipping to return and charge a 10% restocking fee on top of that. Im still waiting 4 days later for customer service to send me the return info. This company is a scam, steer clear. You're better off paying a few $'s more from someone that's more reliable. I wish I could post pictures in this review to validate it better for whomever is reading it.

These people sell crap, charge you to ship, and it takes forever to get the item, and then when the part doesn’t work because it is a crap copy from China, you must pay to ship it back and then they don’t refund your whole purchase price. Look somewhere else. Don’t waste your time and money.

They take forever to actually ship your product, then they use extremely slow services like Smartpost, even though they charge enough shipping to use faster services. My part was sent by FedEx and was lost. I can't get them to answer my emails or voice messages and FedEx requires that the seller initiate any tracing.

Wish I’d read these reviews prior to ordering. I think this is actually a scam, pure fraud. Ordered my part, they said it was on back order, 4 months later I canceled the order, it’s 4 months since then still no refund. I’m going to contact law enforcement. This is actually just a fraudulent front taking money
