I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my part. I never received a shipping notification with tracking info but, after about 2 weeks, I emailed them to request a status. I was told that the part was not actually in stock as advertised but they hoped to acquire it within the next few weeks. They charge your card at ordering and not at shipping like Amazon and other retailers. I ended up cancelling the order and moving to Sears parts.

I believe they are scam cuz I placed an online order on May 21 I used 2 too 9 business days shipping its June 10 and I didn't received my order I tried to contact them through the chat was waiting for someone to respond but no one did.

Ordered a rack for dishwasher no contact after 2 weeks tried to call and "chat" no contact. They charged my card immediately fortunately I disputed charge I should have read reviews before I ordered

Obviously I'm another one who should have checked out Appliance Parts 365 reviews before ordering. I ordered parts from this seller's online system that were all listed as "In Stock". Today those parts are STILL listed by the seller as "In Stock". After waiting weeks I inquired and was told the parts were on "Back Order". After waiting a total of 6+ weeks I have now sent them messages instructing to cancel the order and issue immediate refund. Horrendous experience! Definitely not worth the few dollars I would have saved! Considering all of the other reviews I now see, I highly recommend that you stay away from this vendor!!!

Ordered parts. Waited a month. Never got them. Emailed them and called them. Never got a response.

I attempted to purchase a memory board for my oven. Their website said the item was in stock, so I placed the order and paid extra for faster shipping. Upon placing the order I received an email saying the item was on back order, the email gave me the option to wait for the item to arrive or to cancel my order for a full refund. There is nobody to call to cancel, so you have to email or use the “contact us” form on their website. I immediately tried both options and cancelled my order and requested a refund. After 2 days I received email confirmation in 5/7/21 that my order was cancelled and I would be fully refunded within 3-5 business days. It is now 5/19/21 and I have not been credited or refunded the money. I attempted to email the company and let them know the refund hasn’t gone through but have not heard back. Complete scam. I’ve had to contact my credit card company to let them know the charge was fraudulent.

Ordered part for fridge 1 week since payment completed heard nothing from company Paid $39 to have part rushed to me. Is this even a real company?

I was told Item was in stock, then I was told it was back ordered. In an online chat they told me that this was an industry standard. After trying to get a hold of them with no luck, I’ve had to file a dispute. A month later I still don’t have my parts.
