Warning - do not order anything from Appliance Parts 365! I ordered and paid for a simple washing machine part and shipping that showed in stock on their website. I received an email shortly after ordering that it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when it would be. I was able to cancel the order and got an email acknowledging cancelation and that a refund would be issued in 3-5 days. 4 months later and I’m still waiting for refund! Nobody answers the phone so I've left countless voice mails as well as many emails. This company is terrible!!!!

Worse company I have ever dealt with. Ordered part for upright freezer and website showed part was in stock and even paid extra for overnight delivery. Won't answer phone or email. Finally live chatted a week later, and was told they didn't have it in stock. Lost everything from the freezer because of there stupidly. Now to get my money back is going to be another nightmare. Need a part, search elsewhere.

Finally received part, not a new part, wrong part number. You can't talk to anyone to get a refund or to ship it back. What a disaster! Please don't order from here, you might as well burn your money. Should have ordered part from another site. I am thinking this is not a legitimate site. They wont answer their phones or emails. Site said they have all these facebook followers, I cant find a facebook page. Drafted my account 7 days ago with nothing from them but a order confirmation that doesnt look real.

Well crap I should of looked at reviews before I went and tried to buy anything from these A$$ holes! Ordered my part they drafted the money and then right after told me the part was on back order even though the web site said the part was available. I quickly cancelled my order got confirmation of that but the money has not yet been returned after 10 days and 3 voice mails. Stay the hell away from these people they are crooks.

I ordered a Maytag wash plate #10609480, I paid 63 dollars for the plate , and I need it fairly quick as cothes were piling up , paid 18 dollars for 2-5 days shipping , well they sent part # 10582214/10553967,, which the wrong part,, would not work, hub was too fit on the splined shelf,and the diameter was way too small,,,,I’ve tried tried to call the number that was on the shipping label , to customer service , only be put on “ hold” ,,, after 30-45 minutes I had to hang up ,, this is not normal for customer serve to leave a caller hanging like this,,,,I have had to drive to a fox appliance parts store to get my plate ,,,,now I want a refund when ship it back , but nobody is manning the phone in Cincinnati Ohio,,ps I’ve left messages after message for the to contact me ,,,,,they ignored it I guess

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a part... lost in transit...they have two tracking numbers... one with DHL and one with USPS... neither could be tracked nor found. To me to try and track it down with the companies. Told me was being shipped today... oh wait it was shipped already.

Ordered part for refrigerator website said in stock. 3 weeks later order on site says not shipped. They charged me sure enough. Only way to contact is email. I got an email from them asking if I had received my part. Went on website still says not shipped. 4th week wrote them and told them If they can't ship by next day to cancel the order. I finally get a response saying they canceled and part was on backorder. Why not say that on the website instead of in stock. Terrible business. Told me I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Tomorrow is day 5. From all the reviews I have a feeling I will have to open a fraud case.
