I bought a part it will not work no one will follow up to send it back so I can buy a replacement

I ordered a part for my washing machine on Nov. 28, 2021, and received a shipping notification on Dec. 3, 2021. I had paid for FedEx 2-day shipping. When the part didn't arrive by Dec. 8, 2021, I reached out to the company. They blamed FedEx, even though FedEx showed that they had not received the package. Then, miraculously, FedEx received the package on Dec. 8, and it's now slated for a Dec. 10 delivery. If you need a part in a timely manner, save your money and go elsewhere.

They did not send what was ordered, only partial. They DO NOT answer their customer phone. They DO NOT answer in their chat. They DID NOT respond to the BBB when requested. Please DO NOT order from here if you value your time and money.

I should have done my review research before buying from this company. Starting with their subpar website following with empty promises of "ships in one day". Here is what has been happening; once they got my order they took a week to ship instead of the promised 24hrs. I paid for 2 day Fedex delivery and it has been over a week on the road, that is two weeks with a broken machine. Don't use them, they don't reply phone calls or emails, show them that the they need to earn our repeated business. I have sent numerous messages to no avail. I have no confidence that the parts will be right either! Stay away!

After giving ApplianceParts365.com my refrigerator's model number, they provided me with the part number I needed. When my order arrived, they sent me the wrong part. After my initial message to them informing them of their mistake I heard NOTHING from them. They ignored my repeated emails. I paid for the part and shipping. For the wrong part. No answer from them. No refund. Their mistake. DO NOT use ApplianceParts365.com. They are crooks.

Scam company. Takes your money and never ships the product. They lure you in with cheap prices. Do not order anything from these scam artists. Heed the reviews!

Hi. I previously ordered a replacement refrigerator bin and it was great. So, I ordered 2 more to complete the set. HOWEVER, both of the new bins were damaged upon arrival as the white toppers are no longer attached to the clear plastic bins. Maybe the boxes were dropped during Shipping, who knows. But, they are no longer connected.

I order a part on Nov 4th. Today is Nov. 23rd, and I checked on the part. They told me it was backordered, the website said it was in stock. They told me they sent an email saying it was backordered, but they were lying. They cancelled my order and told me I would get a refund. Let's see, because some people never received there refund from this company. Don't do business with someone that charges you before the part is shipped ! !
