Ordered a new replacement crisper drawer of my refrigerator. Price was 20% lower than other online retailers. Part arrived but the the shipping box was open and beat up. The Fedex delivery guy looked like he knew there would be a claim on the package. Inside the drawer was broken. A couple of pictures, a quick online chat with customer service and a short email with the picks and bingo they shipped me a replacement. No hassles what so ever! This one arrived quickly, packed well and in good shape. I can't speak to some of these other reviews but my experience was 5 stars.

Update 12/24/2022 I contacted 365, sent a photo of the defective burner. They replied promptly and advised me that a new stovetop element would be sent. I received the replacement within a week. Original review 12/9/2022 When I started to install the stovetop elements I found that one is defective. One of the support ribs is off center. One doesn’t extend beyond the edge of the element coil so doesn’t set into the inset properly
