Disappointed in their Costly Return Policy
Upon receipt, in my pre-install of one of the purchased items, I discovered it didn't fit. I'd decided to return them. During my filling out of the Return Form, in carefully reading their return policy I was disappointed to find out the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which literally most likely cost more than item. In additionally, the below portion of the policy, gave me pause to decline my need to return. "At ApplianceParts365.com you can take advantage of our 30-day return policy on our merchandise, with the exclusion of gas and electrical items as listed in our return policy. Items that are not gas or electrical items and that have been purchased in error can be returned. Some items may incur 10% restocking fee and S/H is not refundable." Given the purchased items were for my electric stove, obliviously this applied to the purchased items, I concluded it was a lose/lose situation and defeated my purpose of returning an item that didn't fit my stove and would additionally cost me more money to eventually receive a fraction of a refund, if any at all. Plus, if the refund is denied, I will be responsible to pay the shipping/handling fee of the item to be returned back to me. BUYER BE EXTREMELY AWARE of this type of online shopping and their return policies.
