Item ordered arrived a month late and broken. There was virtually no packing material around item other than the box it came in & was delivered by FedEx. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. If they are legitimate, they won't be in business long, especially if people speak up. If they aren't legitimate, well welcome to an "buyer-be-ware" country.

Place an order in january 2021 for a replacement drawer for my frigidaire. After no shipping by september 2021, I contacted the company and canceled the order on 9/28/2021. I was told that a refund check would have to be mailed to me. It is now 4/5/2022, and after many many attempts to contact the company, and being told that a check would be mailed to me....i still do not have resolution to this. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I got this almost a month after ordering. All I got was excuses on why it wasn't shipped. The item was also not as pictured.

The part arrived but does not fit in the range. The prongs are horizontal and the receptacle takes vertical. I am a homeowner and not an electrician so I am returning the part.

I wish it was an option to give less than one star because they deserve and negative -49 star review (-1star for each dollar they robbed from me.) Applianceparts365 is a terrible company that cheats, steals and lies. These crooks sent me a broken part and would not accept it to be returned. DO NOT ORDER FROM Applianceparts365 They completely stink entire company should be locked up for fraud!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from them!!! Save yourself a huge headache and order from Amazon. I tried not once, but twice to order a dishwasher part. Both times it said my order couldn’t be processed. Then, a WEEK later, I get an email saying both parts are on their way! I responded and asked them to cancel the order, don’t bother trying to reach anyone, you won’t. The parts showed up, I filled out the “return request” it’s been almost 10 days, and still no response. This place is a total scam!!!!!
