I needed a new heater element for my dryer, the replacement part fit exactly and is working well. Dryer is working like new.

My order arrived on time. The website was a bit difficult to navigate.

Didn't realize your business was closed the entire week. Part itself was fine..although not the part needed for repairs. (Wrong diagnosis)

The price was very reasonable for the selected part but the FedEx express order took longer than 1-3 day. The package arrived 7 days later to include weekend.

Simple ordering process. Arrived quickly. Unfortunately, no tracking was offered.

Received item, sadly it's the wrong size, not sure how to return item since there are no instructions on how to return item.

I would have liked to have been more informed about the progress of the order
