One part was received broken. Will be requesting a return.

Don't trust the website for stock and shipping dates. They lie. Don't trust customer support when you check on your order. I ordered a part on July 3rd, sent email to customer support on July 30th about the order. They stated that it was 'in shipping' and would be out within 3 to 5 business days. When I called back 4 business days later, they said that the part was not in shipping and was still back ordered (even though the site stated that it was in stock and could ship within 1 day) They get 2 stars instead of 1 because when I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, paypal was credited within the hour. So at least there was that.

The part was correct and arrived undamaged. Was very disappointed that it took 6 days from time the order was placed until it was processed. This caused several additional days of down time for my freezer for a simple repair.

Three weeks to get the part and no communication from you about delivery or tracking. Thank you anyway, the fridge is now running

Just an update. A live person finally contacted me and told me that the part was back-ordered. So I'll give them 2 stars rather than 1. I am so disappointed that we ordered a dishwasher part and have not received it! I am not feeling good about this order as we can't reach a live person. I should have checked out the reviews first!!!!

Product ordered was not the right bulb. Would like a refund

I can’t rate the part because it hasn’t arrived yet. It shipped yesterday 10 days after I placed the order.

I ordered 2 of a part that was shown to be in stock and "typically ships within 1 business days". The price was good. It said shipping would take 2-9 business days. 9 business days later, I had not yet received the item. I checked the order status page and it said that it had not yet shipped. I contacted them through the webpage and they responded (quickly) that they had an inventory error and that the part was on backorder and expected to be received by them 3 weeks later. They did offer me the opportunity to cancel my order, so I did, and my paypal refund was received quickly that day. However, the item still showed on their product page as being in stock throughout and after this process. I pointed this out to them. Clearly, they cannot be trusted to show whether an item is in stock, and they did not contact me to tell me that it wasn't. The BBB page for their store says "BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning failure to deliver customer’s products in a timely manner."
