Strongly advise to think twice before ordering anything from AP 365!! I purchased a part over 1 month ago, I cancelled my order well before shipped. Although they claim it was shipped, all they did was print a label. Took approximately two weeks to get in.?? I did order the wrong part, and it was like jumping through hoops to get a refund, their customer service would not respond regarding my credit and to this date I still haven’t received my credit and I had the returned item for two weeks. I started this transaction over a month ago and is still not resolved. I had to get PayPal involved. I purchased hundreds of things online a year and never had an issue like this. Very unethical and God forbid you have to return anything. But it’s funny how they can receive an order and charge you for a minute after you ordered it. They refused to cancel it and then I paid for return shipping back and forth,and they also want 10% for a…. Supposedly a restock fee. This whole thing isn’t resolved to date. they are just interested in selling parts and a total lack of customer care and service for any type of return. Now I know why they’re not part of the Better Business Bureau. Beware.

I have ordered from them 2x with the same result: lack of communication. After ordering on both items, I had to email them after two weeks to make sure they did not forget my orders. Both times, magically after I emailed, they would let me know it was just sent. The second item purchased was not delivered although they said the usps tracking said it was delivered. They do not care! You have to go through the painful process to submit a missing delivery through the usps. My items where both under $30. I would stay very far away from these idiots and unfortunately use Amazon.

I purchased a item from them that they said would fit. The item will not fit. They are charging me a 10% restocking fee and I have to pay for return shipping. Be warned, do your home work before you buy for them.

We are very unhappy Whirlpool clients and this is solely because of their approved repairer - Appliance 365 who doesn't believe in any sort of customer service. :( We called them out on the 23 Dec 2024 and they came to look at our oven and we were told that it was our thermostat that was faulty. They said they did not have stock and would need to order and so it completely ruined our Christmas lunch as I was hosting 12 people and I had planned a gourmet lunch as I am a talented cook. So we had to outsource to Woolies. Yes, we took a while to make payment for the invoice and payment was done on the 14 Feb and emailed to Appliance 365 however it's no excuse for Appliance 365 behaving in the poor manner they have been since receiving payment. There has been no response from Appliance 365 at all. We tried calling and their phone number just goes unanswered. I then found the contact number for the technician Nkosi Khumalo and reached out to him on the 3 March. He asked for a copy of the invoice and proof of payment which we sent him that same day and he said he would check with the office and come back to me the following day, except he didn't and he just ignored my two messages to him asking for the update he had promised. Then on Wed 5 March, he sent me a screenshot which showed that our replacement part (thermostat) was expected to arrive on Fri 7 March. On Monday 10 March I chased after Nkosi and he said the part arrived over the weekend and that dispatch would be done that day then he will call me and arrange installation. I called Nkosi on Friday 14 March to ask for an update and reminded him that the part was meant to have arrived a week ago and he said he would check with the office and get back to me and regrettably I never heard back from him. We are now gatvol of Appliance 365 as they are behaving like ****sters as once we paid them their office doesn't reply to any email nor are they reachable by phone. We made payment on the 14 Feb and it's now the 17 March and Appliance 365 could not care one bit that we have no working oven. This utter lack of any sort of customer service has left us with such a bitter taste in our month that we are considering throwing out our oven and buying a brand new oven from one of Whilrpool's competitors.

Scam alert. Would never use them ever again. They ship late, charge twice, and when I returned one of the items, I had to send multiple emails over many months to get my money back (minous the restocking fee). I only got my money back when I threatened legal action.

This company is a total scam. Do not order from them and do not pay for "express shipping" if you do. I ordered a small pump for a washing machine. The part was $65 but I needed it fast. Express shipping was $33 but would get here in 1-3 days. I ordered on a Saturday and the part shipped Monday. Now I get a notice that it is being sent USPS and won't get here until Friday. That isn't express and the $33 was a total sham. I would NOT order anything from this company again.

Can’t return an incorrect part. Customer service (automated) states they aren’t accepting calls. Tried to use self service returns. It’s just a loop that states “return was not accepted” because a part wasn’t selected. There’s only 1 part! BBB has many complaints, including mine! Even folks who were able to get a return authorization state they never received the refund. Do not shop here!! I doubt I will receive my refund. Learn from my mistake! Shop elsewhere!!!!

Ordered fridge compressor and firmware update device, over $500, billed credit card immediately -- then nothing. No emails, tracking numbers, nothing ever shipped. Emails to cancel order never acknowledged. Disputing charge with credit card company.
