I ordered a water pump May 10 -never received the item -never received tracking number -emailed three times ask for at least a tracking number so I knew something was shipped to me since my credit card was charged on May 11 -otherwise I would have to dispute the charge on my credit card -after 4 weeks -the surprisingly rude answer was he just emailed -your order has been canceled- I never canceled the order and still need the water pump Telling the truth would’ve been nice !! That you never really had the water pump to begin with- instead of making me wait a month for nothing!

I received my order damaged. I called the day I received it. I left messages and sent emails. No one has called me back or reached out to replace the broken part. Very disappointed

If you smth. buy from this company you lost your money.

I ordered a part paid, never got an email no one picks up the phone. They just take your money and vanish.

This is the worst online retailer I have ever ordered from. After having taken approximately 2 weeks to receive the item, I needed to return it unused, and I paid for return shipping, and tracked the delivery. It arrived back at the company on April 11th, but I still have not received my refund after repeated unanswered phone calls and emails. Please read this review and the many others like it. Please also especially read the Better Business Bureau's reviews. AP365 is not even registered with the BBB.

Wish I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing. They are one of the worst I have dealt with. The part I purchased does not work for me and they do not answer or return RMA requests, emails or phone calls. I have now submitted a dispute about this with my credit card company. Never again with Appliance Parts 365! I advise you to do the same!

Ordered an appliance part in September 2021 for about $380. Applianceparts 365 was never able to provide. That was understandable. On 18 March 2021 I was told that the order had been cancelled and a refund check would be issued. Despite filing inquiries, we still have received no refund or responses to our inquiries.

This site is a scam, I don't trust the reviews that claim the company is anything else but a scam, the better business complaints have the same issue, they simply won't return my funds. An email confirmation of the canceled transaction was sent the same day as the transaction which they claim to have refunded my money but they never did.
