Horrible experience. Got shipped the wrong part. Took days and umpteen emails and phone calls to get a refund. But even though it was their fault they did not have the decency to refund the entire amount. Totally unscrupulous. Stay away!!

I ordered a part for my washing machine. They sent the wrong part, and they refuse to communicate with me to make it right - won’t answer the phone or respond to emails. I paid for 2 day shipping too, so I wasted a lot of money on this. Don’t order from them unless you want to waste time and money!

Well this is second time we have ordered from you and first time we never got the order the second we only got part of the order. My husband has a appliance shop he likes the cheapest price and you guys where it but it seems that we either never get it on time. He had costumers waiting for those parts so he could fix there appliances. Covid has nothing to do with it because our first order was before covid. So we will no longer buy from you ever. I will tell others also.

When I ordered a part that they said had one in stock. I paid but after 28 days I never received my part. Its been completely IMPOSSIBLE to get through to their never answered customer service line. I have made multiple hopeful call attempts. Ultimately, I disputed to charge through my credit union. They'll quickly reverse the charge. You can do that too.
