Ordered and after 2 weeks, received a non-working ice maker. No response, no refund. Stay far away.

Needed a new fan motor for a hood range, Ordered the part 8am and paid for next day shipping. Never got an email so I went on their chat for a tracking #. Rep told me they had a system crash (yeah right) and it never shipped, it would ship today now. I asked about the extra money for the priority shipping and was told they couldn't refund it. So as it didn't ship I told them to keep the fan and cancel the order. Once I found the fan from another vendor I looked this company up on BBB and found nothing but terrible comments about their business practices. Steer clear of this place. Their deceptive practices are not worth the $20 savings.

When a major appliance needs a part go somewhere else. This company is a joke.

Terrible company!!!! Got sent fake parts instead of the authentic pictured and advertised. I have been trying to reach them for several weeks via phone, email, etc and no one has yet to get back to me. DO NOT BUY

actually after careful review they sent 3 parts Shelf bins for fridge and all3 broke after leas than 1 week no wonder proces are so low.... go elsewhere

Total scam. Used my credit card to purchase other items from various stores. Documented and investigation pending. Dobt shop here unless you eat fraud charges.

They’re scam artists. Ordered the left and right to make sure I got the correct part. The parts they sent me had different part numbers but were the exact same part. Had an appliance repair man come by and he also verified they sent the wrong part. Requested three times to get a return authorization and they never replied. It’s all done through their website. I would never order anything through them!!

I ordered an ice maker for my fridge to replace one that had a minor leak. The one I received never worked. I filed a warranty claim, and they never responded. I contacted customer service via chat and email five times, they were apologetic, but couldn’t get “the guy who approves that stuff” to respond. I finally opened a claim with PayPal, who settled in my favor after reviewing the documentation.
