I ordered a main control board for my dishwasher Wednesday (9/21) evening with overnight shipping. The part was listed in stock. I thought I likely missed the shipping cut-off for Wednesday, but the part should have shipped Thursday, and I should have received it Friday (9/23). No part. I checked the website again, and it was still listed in stock. I reached out to the company Sunday (9/25) to ask for a status update and to have my overnight shipping charge refunded. The reply (9/26) was that the part was in shipping getting prepared to ship. I reached back out Thursday (9/29) a full week after the part was to have shipped and asked for another status update. I demanded a FULL refund of shipping costs (Free Shipping) as a consideration for the poor experience. Indicating that if I did not receive the part by Friday (9/30) I would have to dispute the charge with my credit card. They cancelled the order with no explanation other than this is their peak season. "We typically ship within 1 business day, but that cannot be guaranteed." My guess is they don't even have the part. Avoid the hassle and cracked hands from handwashing dishes for a week longer than necessary. Order elsewhere.

I’m a business and bought 10 washer agitator plates from this company. I was charged for 10, and only received 1. I emailed and tried calling so many times I finally just gave up and I’m just never buying from this place again. I would be put on hold for about 20 mins and finally they would just hang up.

I ordered a vent cover for my microwave and received 10 filters for what I do not know. I responded to for customer service and let them know and sent them pictures of what I did receive. I never heard another word from customer service after leaving 6 emails. This company did not do right by me and all I want is the item I ordered which you are still offering for sale

I placed the order, after 3 weeks no delivery. I sent an email, no response. I tried to call the number, but never got through. It was very bad experience. I intend to cancel the order via my credit cars and see if I can get the refund.

I ordered a part in July and it was damaged. I called and reported this and was told I had to file a claim with Fed Ex. I contact Fed Ex and they informed me that the business had to file the claim, since the business paid them for shipping. I notified Parts 365 and waited for my refund. I also let them know I had gotten the part through Amazon in 2 days with free shipping. Eventually I received a response that they were sending another part, yet I had told them I had already gotten the part and needed a refund. They sent the part anyway by Fed Ex, which required a trip to the Fed Ex office with an explanation I had not ordered this and did not want the package. They returned this to Parts 365. It is now Sept. and I still have not received a refund or communication about this, in spite of contacting them with the chain of e-mails starting in July. I did not call the company again because the time I did call I was given the wrong information, ie. that I had to submit the claim to FedEx - not their company.

My customer was about to buy a part from here. So glad I could stop her. Have you noticed that for every poor review some cohort puts a favorable review immediately after. Feels like intent.

Appliance Parts 365 is not actually in the business of selling parts. They are in the scam business of pretending to sell you parts and then seeing how hard you’ll work to try and get your money back. Plan on making it a full time job because they’re full time job is keeping your money and not delivering merchandise.

I have to say that this is one of the worse companies I have ever ordered from. Not only did it take forever to get the part they say was in stock, the parts was incorrect and did not fit the product specified. I returned the part. The part cost was 79.10 plus 9.95 shipping. It cost me 13.58 to return part and you have the nerve to charge me a 10% restocking fee for an incorrect part that your company shipped! The it cost me $31.44 to get nothing!!! This is how you do business. Well, I will be writing reviews on every website I can find informing everyone about your poor and deceiving business practices. This is really a pathetic company to steal from potential future customers!
