Sent me the wrong 4 dollar screw (which cost 20 with shipping) - and then wanted me to initiate return process and send the 4 dollar screw back instead of just sending me the right one ASAP. They also wanted me to pay for return shipping of the wrong item as well. Did not reply to my email saying this is absurd that a 4 dollar screw will end up costing me 30+ dollars and take a month to get. Ordered one off of amazon and it arrived in fine working order.

!!! Do Not Do Business With Appliance Parts 365!!! This place is a scam. I ordered a part they said they had in stock. They charged my PayPal Immediately but sent no receipt or shipping info. I waited 2 full weeks before starting to try to contact them. No emails were returned, no way to get ahold of anyone on the phone. I did briefly chat with "someone" or perhaps just a program, that told me "my order was still awaiting shipment and to wait longer" then abruptly ended the chat. I filed a claim through PayPal and eventually got a refund. Total waste of time and a huge delay getting my dryer fixed. If you don believe me check out their reviews on the Better Business Bureau website they have an F rating and there are hundreds of similar reviews there.

The worst part supplier/ reseller we’ve ever sealed with. We ordered fridge door gasket (over $200 CAD), paid customs fees and in the end I received completely different cheap plastic part. I contacted this company for the refunds and was promised that someone will contact me which never happened.

SLOW IN SHIPPING PARTS. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND THEY SAID THEY ARE PREPARING THE ORDER TO SHIP, BUT IT WILL TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND, JUST LIKE I WOULD RECEIVE MY PARTS IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, THEY SAID IT MIGHT BE DUE TO HOLIDAYS! THE SAME THING HAPPENED A MONTH AGO! Update!!! Part never arrived. Requested a cancellation send refund through chat and they disconnected the chat twice. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Sold me a defective part. They did not replace the part. They refunded ~$4.50 for the part but not $7.00 for shipping. Very bad. I'll go through Amazon next time.

Placed an order for a recirc pump which was shown as "In Stock". 10 weeks later, I have yet to receive said pump or a refund. Interestingly enough, the item still shows as "In Stock". One can only conclude that this is intentional fraud. This website should be shut down and it's owners prosecuted.... Alas, it will not happen. Caveat emptor; heed the numerous 1-star reviews. Save your soul and our $$$. Buy elsewhere.

Dishwasher bottom rack. Received wrong part. Repeated calls made. Left messages. No return calls. Repeated emails sent. No response. Although we tried to dispute with Amex, this company only stated that we received the product. Terrible service. No action taken by Amex or this bogus company.
