sham, do not use, this is just a bad operation and they know it. amazing how these places stay in business. once you pay you are lucky to ever get anything and Will show SHIP date and then let you charge FED X for next day and not show anything for 2 days, this and companies like are scam, middle men, working the web placing prders with ligit mfgs. lesson is just by direct from OEM part mfg, everything else is a sham. So many of these scam parts companies make money on everyone making the mistake at least once. I wish I saw Tom Walkers post sooner! I may try stop payment on my credit card and just order from Ligit OEM

product is not the same size as advertised thus it does not fit where needed

The order is incomplete, the end seals arrived, but the bottom door seal is not in the package. When can I expect you to reship the complete package.

I need to return the ice maker it is the wrong one for my samsung.

During the ordering process I was promised it would ship within 1 full business day. It took 2 weeks to ship, and I received no communication from them on the reason for the delay. Except for my 1st inquiry, where they replied "give us another day," additional inquiries I sent to them via their website AND via email, asking why it had not shipped, they ignored. I had a non-working furnace while I waited, which I told them, and they continued to ignore me. They should have upgraded my shipping speed to overnight given they grossly missed the promised shipping date. This is a company who treats their customers as an inconvenience.

They substituted another item for what I ordered. The chat person argued with me and offered to give me a partial refund if I returned the wrong item.

Overpriced. No customer service. No update on part after 19 days. Charge ridiculous shipping and then don’t send it. I’m in Canada and I get deliveries all the time from there in 3-4 days. You are just in Ohio FFS. I could drive there in an afternoon. Don’t pretend you are a real company when you are a joke.
