The product arrived in pieces. I already called for an RMA and sent an image of the pieces. I was not told to return the damaged pieces (maybe because it would cost more to ship than to just toss), but I don't want to have to hold onto the pieces and shipping box if I don't have to return it. I just need confirmation of what to do.

Ordered parts and never received them. Tried calling tried emailing and got a response 2 weeks later saying they canceled my order. Worst experience ever I don't recommend anyone do business hear.

Ordered a water valve for my refrigerator. Came in a box with zero packaging and it was obvious that it was just bouncing around inside. Needless to say it did not work. Had to order another from another retailer to get up and running.

The parts ordered were delivered. However, the rollers are 1/8 inch larger than the original rollers and thus make it very difficult to close the dishwasher drawer. I would not recommend this product as a replacement for Bosch Dishwasher's.

I ordered a microwave part but received the wrong part. Item description on their website obviously incorrect. Requested a return and only received a partial refund. They charged for shipping and restocking fee. I will not be ordering from this BS company again. Very slow shipping and extremely poor customer service. don't waste your time ordering from this company.

I ordered 2 LG French door refrigerator bins. To start, what they shipped me was just wrapped in a bunch of random plastic bags and some crumbled paper and then a piece of cardboard taped around the top and bottom, and long sides, but not the 5th and 6th side, so the ends of the bins were exposed to whatever. Then to top it all off, they sent me the completely wrong bins. The bins they sent were 3 times the size of the bins I ordered. After trying to call and leave messages, as well as multiple emails. They never got back to me. Even after submitting a Better Business Bureau request, they still haven’t responded to any request for return, email or phone call of mine. This is the worst online purchase I have ever made, and I will always tell everyone I know how bad this business was.

Made a order but they never shipped it. I had to ask for my money back. They apologized but if your going to accept an order ship it.

Product bent. Poor shipping packaging. Please resend element. Do you want the bent one back?
