Ordered part for dryer back in December 2022 which according to their website was in stock. They right away took the money but put it on backorder. After several shipping delays, I had enough and cancelled the order. No confirmation, no refund, no nothing. The phone # listed on their website is not working either. But the part I ordered is according to their website in stock! What a bunch of crooks!

Nothing but horrible business, ordered a part for our flat top stove that said was IN STOCK when ordered but once they took my money, they said it was in back order, waited a month and all for a refund but never received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !! I wish I could give negative stars

Don't order from this "company!" I ordered a stove top and they immediately charged my card but never an order confirmation, delivery update, nothing. And no reply when I tried emailing. I filed a complaint with the BBB and only then did they respond. Crooks for sure!

Purchased a part that was in stock on the website. They emailed that it was not in stock and said it was on back order. They cancelled the order and have not returned my money. Customer service is through email and they do not answer the phone. Complete runaround and fraudulent. Mr. Mitch Gilbertson, owner of appliance parts 365 is a crook and a thief. Zero customer service and the company should not be in business

placed order for microwave part, paypal account charged, no emailed confirmation of order, no part delivered (shown as "in stock") 2 emails sent to customer service and 1 call voice(message)none returned, don't waste time and money with Appliance 365...you'll be very disappointed!

This business is AWFUL. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Place order 1/3/23. Payment received but no order acknowledgement of any kind. Followed up 1/6. This time I at least got an order number and was told it was processing and would ship shortly. 1/12 still no communications from them. Left phone message AND email requesting cancellation. No response to either. 1/19 they deny having gotten either phone message or email but say it’s on backorder. NOW they say they’ve cancelled. We’ll see. If I could give zero stars I would.
