My Fisher Paykel dryer lost efficiency due to reduced air flow. These machines are prone to lint clogging because they have underpowered air blowers. After checking a few locations, the technician removed lint buildup from the exhaust duct. Problem solved. Technician was on time, efficient, courteous, and pleasant.

The repairman arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then gave me a repair estimate and time frame for the necessary part to arrive. The machine was fixed within a few days. I really couldn't ask for more.

We have a refrigerator freezer that is about 8 years old. It was working fine until one day we noticed the mysterious "E" "F" codes appear on the message console. We called Appliance Master and asked for help. The friendly scheduler took down the Model number of the fridge and dispatched a repairman who arrived the next day. The repairman "Tom" was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained the problem and ordered the needed parts, a control board and a fan motor immediately using his on-line note book computer. Several days later he replaced the parts and like magic the refrigerator came back to life. Tom and Appliance Master can handle any appliance problem in my opinion. I have had trouble with my fisher paykel dishwasher for sometime. I have had several other service calls but no one seemed to know what the problem was. Service master tech Shawn was careful to take the time to determine the problem and did not just brush it off as others had. They were on time, tidy, and professional. I am grateful for the proper service and repair and things are working like they should! Thanks
