Honest, on time, excellent to work with

My fridge broke and they sent a technician out the same day and he was so nice and very honest. I will definitely be calling them again for any appliance repair!

We have used Appliance Master for many repairs over the years, and we've always been very happy with their service. They are knowledgable, courteous, and reasonably priced. I can recommend them without any hesitation.

I have used Appliance Master several times, and ALWAYS has my issue been resolved promptly and accurately. I will continue to be a customer!

I've been a customer for many years. They are reliable. But recently, there has been a shift towards even better customer service. Not only are they knowledgeable, they're downright friendly....at least Matt C was. He did the job quickly and got it right the first time.

I call Appliance Master for all my repairs. I love the fact that they send you the same repair technician everytime. You get to know and trust them. I feel my tech is honest and trustworthy and I respect his professional opinion. He works hard and has never steered me wrong. Thanks EJ!

Repair person always arrived when scheduled. Even though it resulted in him having to make multiple visits to fix the problem, he tried to save us money by attempting a different fix. Very professional and trustworthy.

Our Bosch dishwasher required service. We had a great technician who arrived on time and did a great job
