My range was repaired and service was excellent. Cost to replace an igniter $244. The second appliance I requested service for was my washer. The spin cycle sound was that of a jet plane. The vibration horrible. My service provider moved my dryer over a few inches and the vibration lessened dramatically. That was the extent of the repair. I was charged $59.99, the initial charge for the second appliance. Very disappointed by that charge.

I called ApplianceMaster and they were very easy to schedule an appt with. They also sent me an e-mail reminder with the scheduled time. The technician showed up about 15 minutes early, which was very nice and respectful of my time. Upon assessing the situation, the technician informed of the issue and the cost. I think the whole job took around an hour. My only issue is that ApplianceMaster only quotes the Total Job and does not break it out by labor & parts.

After seeing my Sept. 3, 2014 review of ApplianceMaster.com (which was quite negative), I was contacted by ApplianceMaster.com management. I was told that they could understand how their initial charge for undisclosed "ordered parts" that was not substantiated in the final bill could cause my dissatisfaction with their billing procedure. They said that they would change their billing procedure in the future to avoid this problem from arising with other customers. They thanked me for pointing out this flaw in their billing procedure, and agreed to rebate a significant portion of the initial charge for "ordered parts". My credit card was credited with this rebate on Sept. 8, 2014.

I thought the repairman was good. He fixed up both my washer and dryer and was very dependable. He also exhibited trustworthiness by declining to replace my heating element (which I thought had gone bad) and instead fixing the catch on the dryer door which was causing the real problem. Saved me some money, so I was impressed with his honesty. And he was right! My dryer is great now. thanks!

They're good...I can usually get an appointment that day. They will give you a 30 min call so I can stay at work until they are on way

They sent a courteous and knowledgeable repair person who arrived on time as scheduled. He diagnosed the trouble with our 5-7 yr old Maytag dishwasher as a failure of the pumpout assembly. His estimate ran about $438. I priced the price of the assembly at $60 which left an incredible $378 for labor. I don't think they really wanted the job as I can buy brand new dishwashers for about 1/2 this overall cost. I do know one thing, however. This will be my last Maytag appliance as my two sons in law each bought the same make and model and both failed with the same component.

Contacted Bosch regarding problem with ice maker. Bosch was great in that they agreed to pay for diagnosis and then agreed to pay for the full repair. Appliance master was dispatched to my house. A full diagnosis was made and the part ordered. They called after part arrived and a new appointment scheduled. The repair person showed up at the end of the two hour window. Not a problem. I will say I was glad I knew a bit about the removal and installation of this part. The repairman had issues with the install so I assisted. If I'd not been there he'd never finished it. He ended up closing up the machine and upon testing it found out he forgot to connect all the wiring. He then tested it and it tested ok. I checked it later that night and he failed to turn on the ice maker. I turned it on and it is now producing ice. I suggest Bosch better trains their repairman on how to fix these ice makers. They are small and plastic and easy to break. I am happy it is now fixed!

"You can't fix what is not broken." So I was told. I loved my Whirlpool Cabrio until the bin started knocking itself into the outside walls when spinning. It is, apparently, a common happening resulting from the poor stabilization within the washing machine. My appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician was very courteous and pleasant. I just wished he could have solved this problem!
