I found appliance master responsive, reliable and they did a great job fixing any of the appliances I have had repaired over the last 2 years

My clothes dryer unexpectedly stopped drying the clothes. In one day they sent a technician over to my house. I can't say enough about the efforts he went to. He had my dryer working in no time, explained what he found. I highly reccommend them.

The tec. that came to my home was neat and very professional he did his job, and was gone, what more can you ask for?

Christmas was a headache, I had the whole family here for dinner. YUP!! Turkey was NOT done on time. Cookies made... BURNED !! Oven either to hot or two cold. Thank goodness for our microwave, to finish the turkey. Once our Appliance Master service rep. came, figured out what was wrong, ordered the part, heaven since. Nothing ruined. Unless I did it myself (of course) LOL I have used Appliance master for decades, they have always come through for me, and have solved what ever problem I have had. One word for them, would be QUALITY !!!!

Got an appointment right away. Worker was on time and knew what he was doing. Very satisfied.

They always knew how to fix a problem whether it required a new part or just an adjustment using tape and cardboard. This last probably saved us a lot of money.

I had a Pyrex baking dish explode in my oven sending shattered glass throughout my oven. I made an appointment the next day and the serviceman showed up right on time. He took apart the oven floor, cleaned up all the glass, checked everything for safety and only charged me their minimum fee. I would not hesitate to call them again.

The technician was knowledgeable and efficient.
