Avoid like the plague its a con. I did the free trial subscription and all fine. But now locked out, keep trying the online apple sign in and reset my password. Yet everytime it never recognised new password. Can't cancel subscription, paid for 2 months and can't watch apple on sky. Won't recognise the code or anything, it's infuriating.

Schlechtester Streamingdienst, den ich abboniert habe. Ich hatte Amazon Prime, Netflix, Maxdome, Disney+ und Paramount+ und AppleTV+ war so feherhaft, das man nicht eine Minute richtig genießen konnte. Trotz stabiler 1000 MBits/s Leitumg mit LAN-Kabel ist der Stream alle 10min abgebrochen, teilweise nach 1min. Bei der Fehlerbehebung wurden keine Fehler gefunden und man konnte den Stream danach direkt wieder starten, jedoch hat die Folge, teilweise die Folge davor komplett wieder von Neu gestartet. Bis ich zur Stelle vorgespult habe, bei welcher der Stream versagt hat, broch dieser teilweise direkt wieder ab. Wenn der Stream mal funktioniert hat und man länger als 10min gucken konnte haben sich mittem im Video die Untertitel plötzlich angestellt, obwohl diese noch auf "Aus" standen und konnten nur mit unzähligen Klicks wieder entfernt werden nur um ein paar Minuten später wiederzukommen. Die Sprache hat sich häufiger auch mitten im Satz von "Deutsch" auf " Englisch" umgestllt, obwohl diese ebenfalls auf "Deutsch" eingestellt war. Das eine Marke wie Apple keine funktionierende Streamingplattform auf die Beine stellen kann ist Bodenlos peinlich. Ich hätte 0 Sterne gegeben wenn dieses möglich wäre. Die Serien waren gut und qualitativ hochwertig produziert, jedoch war die Auswahl auch nicht überragend.

Paying for Apple TV monthly subscription on my Samsung smart TV. So much of the Apple content has additional charges. Paid additional charges to watch a series. Watched episode 1 to 3, episode four is blocked and a pop up notified me it is not compatible and needs to be watched on an Apple product, which I don't have. Episode 5 also works on my samsung. Did a reboot and 4 is still blocked. I still have 10 episodes to watch and then will have to pay more for season 3. Very poor quality and service app.

Horrible service So hard to creat an account with apple. I tried yesterday the free trial and today I can't log in at all to that account. After a few attempts, they locked the account. Now I am worried what if I cannot cancel the subscription because the account is locked. Apple TV is a SCAM.

Apple TV+ Apple TV Läuft am 15.01.2025 ab Nicht erstattbar 9,99 € Im Abbuchen gleich dabei, und wenn man es wenige Stunden rückgängig machen möchte, geht es auch nach zweifacher Anfrage nicht! Ich brauche es nicht, niemand in unserer Familie!!! Ich zieh den Stecker von dem Mistding!!! Kündigen von Abos bei APPLE ist auch so komplziert, aber Buchen/Abonnieren geht sofort, ohne, dass man sich dessen bewusst ist! Daumen runter..., Apple war schon mal viel seriöser.

Don't touch, the customer service does not exist, can't log in with the correct password, they will not reset your password word, can't contact them, worst company ever, I will now never purchase anything apple......
