I keep failing to create a customer account on Apple TV. When I try to log in, the password is apparently wrong. But they already have my credit card details. Be careful, this could be a huge fraud.

Ich habe ein Probeabo abgeschlossen und bin sehr entäuscht von der Oberfläche.bis ich mal in die filme Auswahl gekommen bin gingen mehrere genervte Minuten rum,dann kam eine entäuschung.das sind alle filme? Ein paar komödien dramen und Dokumentarfilme?keine Horror,sci/fi oder Thriller?ich finde nichts und bin froh nichts zu bezahlen dafür.bild und Ton der filme/ Serien sind top,daher 2 sterne

I've had to raise a dispute with my bank just to cancel the subscription. I spent an hour trying to cancel through my phone, laptop, TV the lot but it was just impossible. You click on cancel subscription on the TV and it asks you to sign in using the qr scanner on your phone but just takes you back to the same page once you login. Customer service is non existent.

Jag startade ett gratis 7 dagars prova på abonnemang på Apple TV+. För att starta behövde jag lägga in mitt kreditkort. Genast drogs det 28,80 ifrån mitt kort. Dagen efter drogs det 226,12 till. Vi sa upp abonnemanget och trots det drogs det 459,98 dagen efter och 3 dagar senare 344,78 till!!Blev tvungen att spärra kortet med allt vad det innebär..Kontaktade Apple och de hänvisade till Appstore och de säger att det inte är Apple som dragit dessa summor…Med valutapåslag 1073,75:- Inte helt gratis!

The shittiest platform, don't bother with these bastards

Poor selection nothing to watch! Had a free week start of the year and luckily cancelled before the well overpriced auto renewal! There is nothing worth watching on this streaming platform. Literally pointless. I wouldn't download it even if it was free!

This is probably the worst streaming platform that you can find on internet. Minus four stars should be the deserved qualification. Verdict: Don't buy
