A "tech giant" should be easier to work…
A "tech giant" should be easier to work with on tech issues. Heck, they just should able to be reached. But if you have a complaint or a problem, they make it really hard to reach them. (I bet I could have gotten through if I was trying to make a purchase.) I had a subscription for Apple TV+ and cancelled it on the last day of the subscription. Apple still charged me for the month. I could not watch it as it said my account was cancelled though. I was unable to login, despite trying various browsers, although it accepted my login and sent appropriate 3rd party verifications. Finally I called yesterday and spoke to a human, who saw the issue and submitted a refund request. I received an email that a decision had been made but I still could not login to see what the decision was. I called another human who said it was denied but said I could dispute that. I asked why it was denied for dispute purposes and she said it didn't say. So how am I going to dispute something when I have no idea of the reason for denial??? Hope it helps their bottom line stave off the impact of the billions of dollars in tariffs to charge me $10 and then not even give me access to the television app or my account. So VERY glad I don't have an IPad or an IPhone!!!
