I bought a computer from Apple nearly 2 years ago. I bought Microsoft word with it. Stupidly, I thought that piece of software was in the computer (that's right part of it) they sold it to me. It wasn't fit for purpose Microsoft Word never worked. It was moribund. Autosave was turned off. Also, they didn't tell me I would need an EXTRA password. So, I bought Microsoft that would never work as autosave was switched off and they never told me I'd need a password for it. Why not have a password for every single thing you click on? It's taken 2 years for them to tell me why the Apples not saving. Don't buy Microsoft from Apple. They sell it to you and if its faulty they don't want to know

Irresponsible and harmful content – cocaine use portrayed as normal. Your Friends and Neighbours on Apple TV is deeply disturbing. The series is filled with constant cocaine use – shown casually, repeatedly, and without consequence. This isn’t storytelling, it’s glorification. These characters act as role models whether Apple likes it or not. Normalizing hard drug use like this is irresponsible and dangerous, especially on a mainstream platform. There should be clear limits on how such content is portrayed. Cocaine use should not be entertainment. Apple TV is failing in its responsibility to protect viewers – especially younger ones – from content that encourages destructive behaviour. I strongly advise others to avoid this series.

Viel zu viele Serien mit offenen Ende die abgesetzt wurden. Dann schaut man und schaut und dann ist es plötzlich aus und ja das wars ohne das man erfährt wie es ausgeht. Und leider ist das nicht ab und zu,. sondern immer wieder.. 😮‍💨🙈

It doesn't take long for an arrogant company to ruin the experience. Just over a week with them and they demand me to sign back in for security but, they don't let you back into your account when they just taken your subscription money. So I will stop my subscription and get the bank to take back my money! Shame because I did like watching the programs?

Buffering. Buffering. Buffering. Day after day. Never see any on Amazon, Netflix, iPlayer, Now. Apple is quite literally unwatchable most of the time. One of the biggest tech companies in the world can't even get to first base. Won't be renewing. Can't recommend.

This software is so badly written on a web browser that I have to believe it’s intentional. Basic navigation of an episode list seems to be a feature they forgot about entirely. Apple’s closed source ecosystem and disrespectful treatment of their users needs to stop. I see it in everything they do. Boycott these dirtbags, they no longer deserve a seat at the table.
