Appfolio is the best Property Management software out there bar none!! Their product and support are absolutely wonderful and I cannot think of any other product or company that comes close!

Our company has been using Appfolio for nearly 5 years. The R&D department makes updates continually, allowing us to serve our clients better. Customer service is prompt, knowledgeable and always friendly.

No problems with the system just me being unclear as to how to proceed with something so needed some guidance. I have had only a few reasons to contact the office and have had great response with thorough answers to be inquiries.

We love Appfolio, but they need to get busy and revamp the student properties. They need to talk to management companies that manage students and not just guess on what they think works....lots of issues in the real world.
