In my experience this page is very good, it has excellent prices and variety, however there is one thing that I would like to change, the minimum purchase to have free shipping is very high and for a small company like me sometimes it is not so good

Their prices are the best along with customer service. They are very quick to get back with you and you don’t have to go through a bunch of automated junk to get to speak with someone.

Great company! Super fast shipping with great prices. I have ordered from them 4 times now. My last order was missing an item Jason F was prompt in replying and they shipped it out immediately. I highly recommend ApparelBus and absolutely will absolutely order from them again.

I did not receive an email confirmation with an order number, so when I realized the jacket ran too big, it made it difficult to initial at Return. I also was told by customer service that they would not take any returns (even if I offered to pay shipping) because it was past the 21 day mark). I would also be open to a size exchange or store credit if I paid to return the jacket, but they are not willing to compromise.
