I have made four attempts now to make a very simple return - with absolutely no response. I was planning on purchasing additional apparel from them, but now I will take my business elsewhere.

It came right away. Fasssst!! Customer service was on point as well!!

June 25, 2024 I apologise to ApperalBus for my previous comments. Their service was extremely fast, only 4 days. I thought I ordered 4 shirts but somehow ordered 3 and I see now that I was charged $12.54 for 3 while four shirts would have cost $16.72 plus tax plus $10 shipping. The shirts are excellent quality, exactly the color I was looking for and a good value for the price. I would like ApperalBus to follow the business practices of their best competitors who send email receipts that describe the product, size, color and quantity. ApparelBus sends receipts that only say the product has shipped and provide no other information. I want to comment about the much appreciated 4 day delivery. Recently my daughter ordered a garment to be delivered by mail. USPS tracking showed the package wasn't shipped for days, then went from California to New York where it sat for two weeks before she was notified her package was delivered but it wasn't actually delivered until a week after that to my home near Seattle. That other seller took nearly 4 weeks while ApperalBus also shipping from California took 4 days.

Incredibly fast service for receiving my shirts. I didnt know if this was legit at first tbh but it absolutely blew me away w the prices of this specific blank i was looking for.

I have called you multiples times since you sent me the wrong shirts but you will not answer or get back to me. I need a refund. I will never buy from you again.
