Our insurance personnrl was very…
Our insurance personnel was very informative and courteous. She thoroughly covered the difference between the insurance and warranty, and explained what our warranty entailed. By the end of the call we'd covered the best contacts and additional coverage if needed. We felt reassured that any issue would be properly dealt with.
