So far I have not seen what is so great about this company. I received a call and had a very nice women explain to me about the warranty. It seems that the reason this company has great reviews is because the initial phone calls they had went well. So did mine. Our refrigerator wasn’t working properly right after moving into our new home. When I called to put in a claim and ask what was covered I was told they would decide once they talked to the contractor ON SITE what is covered or not. I called the contractor and had an appointment set up - not knowing if I would be covered or not. He showed up I called APHW, he explained to them the issue. They got serial numbers from him, cost estimates, etc. from there they told me it would not be covered. So far this feels like a rip off, and I can never get exact answers from anyone. I was told they would not do the work because they only cover compressors. Why wouldn’t they tell me that when I called?
