Courtney is definitely an asset to this company.
I had Courtney as my person. 1st off if anybody hasnt talked to her on the phone, u should. She has a very pleasant voice and was very helpful. I definitely didnt have any questions after. She was very informative and layed everything out. I dont remember what all it said before i started typing. Was truly happy with our conversation. Made me happy knowing the coverage i have.

Courtney, who is our concierge, was quite informative and knowledgeable in explaining all of the options our warranty covers. This is our first time with a home warranty, and I can say that at this point, all is well and we look forward to using the services as needed, or not 😀

Jackie was professional
Jackie was professional. She spoke clear on the intentions of the call and reviewed my coverage with the options to upgrade or add to the policy, noting that I can review this in the documents she'll be sending me. She gave clear instructions and pointers such as suggesting I place her number in my contacts so when she follows up periodically that I dont thing its spam and ignore. She was a pleasure to speak with and she will be why I feel comfortable in calling if need be in the future.
