Service = 5 stars Quality = 4.5 stars First off, this company has always had an excellent turn-around time and accuracy on their translations. We have someone who reviews the translated materials after APEX has sent the them to us and usually there isn't any problem. We've had questions on why they translated phrases the way they did and they respond promptly with easy to understand reasons as well as supporting documentation. On their most recent translation there was a fairly large error that stemmed from mistranslating 'your' as 'you'. As a result an entire sentence's meaning was changed and didn't make sense in the context of the rest of the text. We sent it back and they quickly fixed it without any problems. A simple error that could have been caught by reading the text. Overall I would recommend APEX for your translations. Regardless of the company I would always recommend having someone proofread the translated documentation if possible. Mistakes happen, no company is perfect.

I needed a scientific document translated from Chinese into English and turned to Apex. The process was easy, efficient, and fast. I was very happy with the service I received and the translation was very well done. They did a fabulous job placing the graphics and equations in the proper places so the overall formatting exactly replicated the Chinese version. Also, it seemed to me that Apex not only used a good linguist but a good linguist who is also a technical expert in this field.

Our University had a need to translate a highly complex patent application pertaining to biochemistry from German into English and we decided on Apex after having surveyed several other translation companies. We decided on Apex based on cost and capability, as well as references that were provided to us.
