The document was nicely translated, but there were two corrections made to the final document on our end. The first correction the consumer made was the formatting with the header. We placed the header in the header of the document so that the document was uniform and the number count for pages made scene. The other correction was a slight change with a few graphics. We cleaned them up a little. Over all the the translation was acceptable and we are happy with the final product.

Good work that has been validated by native speakers of the languages we have translated into. They have also rushed jobs for us on tight deadlines.

I found out with less than a two weeks to go that I needed to get serveral documents (totally over 100 pages) translated into Spanish. When I reached ou to Apex, the response and fast and friendly. They were able to meet my deadline and everything was kept in my formatting so there weren't a lot of edits to do when I got the files back. The only negative thing I would say is that for titles, some times the files would be capitalized and some times they weren't. I had to go through and check for these. I also thoguht the price was a littl expensive but that might just be normal pricing. Other than that, I was very pleased with what I got and the materials were basically ready to be printed when I received them. Thank you!

I've generally had a very positive experience working with Apex Translations for over 5 years. Translation work is performed well and is always delivered in a timely manner. Apex was very willing to work within a custom framework that we were able to define, and were flexible enough to accommodate special requirements for numeric substitution.

EDIT: My first review was 3 stars and I received a personal reply to rectify the situation. This was because our in-house Spanish speakers changed several things that were deemed "incorrect". In the end, much of the differences was editorial on our part. Updated Review: After the issue was resolved, I was very pleased to see that Apex did everything they could to rectify any potential issues. By responding thoroughly, they helped me understand the edits. I did deduct one star for a typo admitted by one of their linguists -- an objective review since Apex customers do pay for perfection. Overall, Apex offers high-quality translation services, with amazing post-purchase customer service, at a turnaround pace that is completely phenomenal.

Our translation was completed within hours of request. We made additional edits once we received it, but overall it was fast, affordable and the customer service was excellent.
