As a corporate communication professional working in an "essential" industry, 2020 is a year in which I will never forget the level of service provided by my vendors. I was introduced to Apex Translations, Inc. in mid-March 2020 as many states, regions and countries were issuing orders and mandates to shelter-in-place. At this time, the relationship I held with my previous provider was unraveling as their prices sky-rocketed and they were unable, and unwilling, to meet short turnaround times. Enter Apex Translations, Inc. The customer service and quality translations provided by Hans Schlamadinger, Amanda Harrison and the entire Apex Translation, Inc. team has proved to be a constant during this very fluid time. I recall several Friday email communications (in March, April and May) between Hans, Amanda and myself ensuring that all required documents would be rushed and provided over the weekend. And even when projects were turned around quickly, the quality was never less than perfection. It has been a great pleasure working with the Apex team in 2020. My internal team has appreciated the professionalism, the team’s ability to turn things around quickly (when needed) and the quality of our translations.
