Apartment ListReviews of apartmentlist.com

When checking out some of the apartments they were not as pictured or advertised at all and were not ready for occupancy and was way overly priced

Overall a good apartment complex. Advertised as a gated community, however, one gate has probably been broken 3 of the last 5 months Additionally it took them two months to get the billing correct. They try to bring the community together with activities which is a good idea.

My experience with Apartment List has been very helpful and positive. I learned of apartment complexes I didn’t know existed in the area and being able to get monthly rental cost ranges and see pictures of the various complexes saved a lot of time in narrowing down possibilities. This is the best apartment locating service I’ve encountered! I would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thanks for your assistance!!

This is a good app the only thing I wish they would also do low income apartments and housing they show very nice apartments.
